What happens when I hit the free limit? Can I still access my old documents?

When you hit the 3-document free limit, you'll be prompted to upgrade to Starter or Pro. All your previously generated documents remain accessible in your dashboard regardless of your plan — we never delete your history.
Can I upload my own logo and use my company name on every document?

Yes — every plan, including the free tier, supports custom logo upload. Your logo appears at the top of every proposal or SOW alongside your name and contact details. The client receives a document that looks like it came directly from your company.
What if the AI writes something incorrect — can I edit the document before it's sent?

Currently, documents are generated and sent automatically based on the details you fill in. The more precisely you fill the form, the more accurate the output. We recommend reviewing the form fields carefully — especially scope, deliverables, and pricing — before submitting. Manual editing before delivery is on our roadmap.
Do I get a GST invoice for my subscription? Can I use this as a business expense?

Yes. All paid subscriptions (Starter and Pro) come with a GST-compliant invoice that you can use for business expense claims and tax deductions. Invoices are sent to your registered email after each billing cycle.
