Our goal is your satisfaction. If Aadya AI doesn't work as expected, we want to make it right. This policy outlines when and how refunds are issued.

1. Free Plan

The Free plan is available at no cost and does not involve any charges. No refunds are applicable to the Free plan.

2. Paid Subscriptions — General Policy

Aadya AI offers subscription-based access to our platform. As our Service delivers digital content immediately upon subscription activation, the following refund terms apply:

Paid subscriptions are generally non-refundable once the billing period has commenced and the Service has been accessed. However, we offer exceptions as outlined below.

3. When You Are Eligible for a Refund

Technical failure preventing service use ELIGIBLE
If a verified technical issue on our end prevents you from using the Service for more than 48 hours within a paid billing period, you are eligible for a pro-rated refund for the affected period.
Duplicate charge ELIGIBLE
If you were charged twice for the same subscription period, we will refund the duplicate charge in full.
First-time subscriber — within 48 hours ELIGIBLE
New subscribers who request a refund within 48 hours of their first paid subscription charge, and have generated fewer than 3 documents, are eligible for a full refund.
Subscription cancelled mid-cycle NOT ELIGIBLE
If you cancel your subscription mid-billing cycle, you retain access until the end of the paid period. No pro-rated refund is issued for unused days.
Dissatisfied with AI output quality NOT ELIGIBLE
AI-generated content is based on the information you provide. Dissatisfaction with document quality alone does not qualify for a refund. We encourage using the Free plan to evaluate output quality before subscribing.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within the eligible timeframe:

We will review and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not issue a refund for the current period. You retain full access until the end of the billing cycle.

6. Launch Pricing Lock-in

Members who subscribed at launch pricing have their rate locked in for as long as their subscription remains active. Cancelling and re-subscribing will result in the then-current pricing being applied.

7. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
