Aadya AI is operated as a sole proprietorship. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Aadya AI.

Aadya AI is an AI-powered platform that generates professional business documents including proposals, scopes of work, and other professional documents. The Service uses artificial intelligence to create customised documents based on information you provide.

3. User Accounts & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using Aadya AI, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription Plans & Billing
Aadya AI offers the following plans:
- Free Plan: 3 documents per month at no cost
- Starter Plan: 20 documents per month — launch price $5/month (regular $9/month)
- Pro Plan: Unlimited documents — launch price $10/month (regular $19/month)
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Launch pricing is locked in for early members who subscribe during the launch period.
We reserve the right to change pricing for new subscribers with 30 days notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive documents
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent the platform
- Use the Service for spam or unsolicited communications
- Impersonate any person or entity
6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Documents generated by Aadya AI are created using artificial intelligence based on the information you provide. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
- You are solely responsible for reviewing documents before sending to clients
- Aadya AI does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice
- Generated documents should be reviewed by a qualified professional where required
7. Intellectual Property
The Aadya AI platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Aadya AI. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.
You retain ownership of all content you submit to the platform and all documents generated using your input data.
8. Privacy & Data
Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described therein.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aadya AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms, with or without notice.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
